Fees are the 2025–2026 per-semester tuition for international students. After acceptance, a prepayment of the first-semester tuition fee is required. Tuition discounts offered by the university: 20% per semester for the top-ranked student in each semester and field (10% for the second-ranked student in groups of more than 10). 10% for the whole period of study when immediate relatives (spouse, sibling, child or parent) study at the university at the same time, for each student. 10% for the whole period of study for Persian Language and Literature and other fields related to the history and culture of Iran and Islam. 20% for the whole period of study for applicants whose previous degree is from Tarbiat Modares University. 10% for the whole period of study for applicants whose previous degree is from another Iranian university.
