Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website or apply to a university through ParlаStudy. Please read section 4 in particular — it explains the limits of what we can promise.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or submitting an enquiry to ParlаStudy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. In these terms, “we” and “us” means ParlаStudy, and “you” means the person using the site or applying through us.
2. What our service is
ParlаStudy is an independent student placement service. We help international students research Iranian universities, prepare applications, and navigate the admission and student visa process. Specifically, we:
- Publish information about universities, programmes, costs, and student life in Iran
- Advise you on which programmes match your academic background
- Help you prepare and submit your application to universities
- Support your student visa application
- Assist with arrival logistics such as airport pickup and initial accommodation
What our service is not
We are not a university, and we are not an agent of any government body. We do not make admission decisions and we do not issue visas. Those decisions rest entirely with the universities and with the relevant Iranian authorities.
3. Fees
Our placement service is provided to students at no charge. We are compensated by the universities we work with through referral agreements. This is disclosed so you understand our commercial relationship.
You remain responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to: university tuition and registration fees, application fees charged directly by universities, visa and embassy fees, document translation and legalisation, travel, accommodation, insurance, and living expenses. We will tell you what these are expected to cost, but we do not collect them on your behalf and we do not control them.
If any part of our service ever becomes chargeable, we will tell you the amount in writing and get your agreement before any work begins.
4. What we cannot guarantee
This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it carefully.
- Admission is not guaranteed. Universities decide who they admit. A strong application improves your chances but does not assure a place.
- A visa is not guaranteed. Student visas are issued at the discretion of Iranian authorities. A university acceptance letter does not oblige any embassy to issue a visa.
- Scholarships are not guaranteed.Where scholarships or fee reductions are mentioned, they are subject to the awarding body’s criteria and availability.
- Degree recognition varies by country. We publish what we know about how Iranian qualifications are recognised internationally, but recognition is decided by the authorities and professional bodies in your own country. You are responsible for verifying that a qualification will be accepted where you intend to use it. We strongly encourage you to check this before you apply.
- Costs and figures change. Tuition, living costs, and fees shown on this site are estimates based on the best information available to us at the time of publication. They can change without notice, and exchange rates move.
5. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. University details, programme availability, entry requirements, and fees are set by the universities and can change at any time. Always confirm critical details with the university before making a decision, and tell us if you find something on this site that looks wrong — we will correct it.
6. Your responsibilities
When you use our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful information and genuine documents. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents is a serious matter — it will end your application, and we will stop working with you.
- Respond to requests for information within the deadlines we give you
- Meet your own financial obligations to universities and authorities on time
- Comply with Iranian law and with your university’s regulations while studying
- Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you
7. Cancelling or withdrawing
You can stop using our service at any time — just tell us. If you withdraw after an application has been submitted, we will notify the university, but any fees you have paid directly to a university or to an embassy are subject to their refund policy, not ours.
We may decline to continue working with an applicant who provides false information, behaves abusively toward our staff, or asks us to do something unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images, layout, and design of this website belong to ParlаStudy unless otherwise credited. You may read, share, and cite our content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, or use it to build a competing directory, without our written permission.
9. Third-party links
This site links to university websites, government pages, and other external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParlаStudy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our service — including lost opportunity, travel costs incurred in anticipation of a visa, or losses resulting from a refused application. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change materially affects an application already in progress, we will contact the applicant directly.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

Ask us before you apply — we would rather explain twice.
