Our Story
Why we started ParlаStudy
ParlаStudy is the international education consultancy of Danesh Gostar Parla, a registered non-commercial institute based in Tehran and licensed by Iran's Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
What we saw was a gap: thousands of students from Nigeria, Pakistan, Kenya, Iraq and beyond were interested in studying in Iran — but had no reliable, transparent way to navigate the process. Unlicensed agents were charging large fees and providing little support.
We built ParlаStudy to be the agency we wished had existed: licensed, transparent, on-the-ground, and free for students.

Universities pay us
Iranian universities pay ParlаStudy a referral fee when a student successfully enrols. This is a standard model used by licensed agencies worldwide.
You pay nothing — ever
No application fee, no placement fee, no visa fee, no hidden charges at any stage. If anyone asks you to pay ParlаStudy directly, it is a scam.
Our incentive is your success
We only get paid if you enrol. That means our entire business depends on placing students in the right university for their goals — not just any university.
