Entry Requirements
General requirements: a valid passport from the candidate's country of citizenship, and the approval of the Student Affairs Organization to study as an international student in an Iranian institute of higher education, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran (application links at admission.shirazu.ac.ir/en/admission-forms). Official certificates and transcripts of the latest higher-education degree must show complete fulfilment of the course of study, and all required documents must be translated into Persian and English and legally certified at the embassy or consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the candidate's country of residency. Admission at all levels is subject to the written approval of the University's Vice-Chancellor of Education and the approval of the relevant department and faculty. All international students are required to pass the Persian language programme at the University's Persian Language Training Center. Subject to the department's approval, students may study and submit their dissertations in English after formal admission.
